ORDER On August 11, 2023, Plaintiff Jewel Griffin filed a pro se complaint against David Eubanks. Doc. 1. With the complaint, Griffin submitted a motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis and requested the appointment of an attorney. Doc. 2. She also filed a "Motion to Review," which the court construes as both an amendment to the complaint and an additional request for appointed counsel. On or before August 30, 2023, Griffin shall file an amended complaint that cures the deficiencies and complies with the instructions outlined above. Griffin is specifically cautioned that failure to timely file an amended complaint in accordance with these directives and by this deadline will result in the dismissal of this action. The motion to proceed in forma pauperis (Doc. 2) is DENIED with leave to refile upon the submission of an amended complaint. The motions for appointment of an attorney (Docs. 2 & 3) are DENIED.
