ORDER Plaintiff has not responded to the court's order to show cause. Accordingly, the court DISMISSES Mr. Glass as a defendant. The court also DISMISSES all claims against T G Towing except the claim of misrepresentation.Because Plaintiff is proceeding in forma pauperis, the court ORDERS the United States Marshal Service to serve T G Towing with the complaint. ORDER As an initial matter, Plaintiff requests leave to proceed in forma pauperis. (Doc. #2 ). The court finds that Plaintiff is indigent and therefore GRANTS that motion. The court concludes that Plaintiff has stated a claim for misrepresentation against T G Towing but that he has not stated any other claims against T G Towing or any claims against Mr. Glass. Accordingly, the court ORDERS Plaintiff to SHOW CAUSE, in writing, on or before September 26, 2023, why the court should not dismiss Mr. Glass and all claims against T G Towing other than the claim for misrepresentation.
