ORDER OF DISMISSAL Title 18 U.S.C. 873 does not authorize a private cause of action. Reaves, 2021 WL 4728779, at *3. Therefore, the Complaint is due to be dismissed, and the court further concludes that any amendment by Hatcher would be futile. See 28 U.S.C. 1915(e)(2)(B)(i).
