Filing 4 ORDER Plaintiff Lorenzo Resse ("Resse") filed a pro se complaint pursuant to 42 U.S.C. 1983, alleging violations of his constitutional rights. (Doc. 1). The court assigned this action to United States District Judge Annemarie Carney Axon, with a referral to the undersigned magistrate judge. However, consistent with the general practice of this court, the action should have been referred to Magistrate Judge Staci G. Cornelius because the court referred Resse's previously filed cases to Judge Cornelius. See Reese v. Miree, et al, Case No. 2:19-cv-00702-RDP-SGC (filed May 8, 2019); Reese v. Givens, et al., Case No. 2:19-cv-01531-RDP-SGC (filed September 16, 2019). Accordingly, the undersigned DIRECTS the Clerk of Court to refer this action to Magistrate Judge Staci G. Cornelius.
