Because the Alabama Court has issued a valid final judgment on the merits as to Johnson's counterclaim for breach of contract, and that counterclaim is the exact issue being litigated in Johnson's breach of contract claim here, the Court ORDERS Johnson to show cause in writing why the matter should not be dismissed due to the Alabama Court's decision. Johnson SHALL file his response to this Order no later than August 25, 2023.
