ORDER Nathan Parke Bateman (Petitioner) has filed with the Clerk of this Court a motion pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 2255. (Doc. # 1). Petitioner seeks to vacate the sentence imposed upon him on December 14, 2021 in criminal case number 2:10-cr-00282-RDP-SGC.
