ORDER On January 1, 2024, Plaintiffs James Silmon and Edward Jackson filed a complaint against Defendant Blox, LLC. Doc. 1. Plaintiffs served Defendant with a copy of the summons and complaint on January 19, 2024. Doc. 4. Pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12, the deadline for Defendant to answer the complaint has expired and Defendant has not answered the complaint. Additionally, Plaintiffs have not filed a motion for entry of default. Accordingly, it is ORDERED that, on or before February 27, 2024, Plaintiffs shall show cause, if any exists, why this action should not be dismissed for failure to prosecute their claims. In the alternative, Plaintiffs may file a motion for entry of default pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 55(b)(1) on or before February 27, 2024.
