February 28, 2024 Opinion or Order Filing 7 ORDER-The plaintiff filed an amended complaint on February 23, 2024. #6 . However, the amended complaint suffers from the same deficiencies as the original complaint. The General Order calls for reassignment to a district judge following the occurrence of the first of three "triggering events" absent unanimous consent. None of these events have occurred in this case, and it appears that no such event will occur in the timely manner contemplated in the General Order. Accordingly, the case is now due to be assigned to a district judge for all further proceedings. The Clerk is DIRECTED to reassign this case to a district judge randomly drawn. Signed by Magistrate Judge Staci G Cornelius on 02/28/2024. (AKD).
