ORDER: This matter is before the court on the State's Motion to Compel Deposition Testimony from Non-Party Gregory Durham (Doc. #1 ). The Motion (Doc. #1 ) is GRANTED. Non-party Gregory Durham is ORDERED to cooperate in the re-scheduling of his deposition and SHALL participate in the deposition. The parties SHALL endeavor to avoid any questioning that may implicate the protections against self-incrimination. The parties' counsel SHALL provide copies of this Order to (1) non-party Gregory Durham, and (2) any counsel involved in representing Durham in connection with their depositions in this case.
