Filing 13
ORDER - On November 12, 2020, the court received from the plaintiff an amended complaint, dated November 6, 2020 (doc. #12 ), and a motion to correct errors and to preserve vital evidence, dated November 8, 2020 (doc. #11 ). The plaintiff's motion is GRANTED in part and DENIED in part. To the extent the plaintiff seeks to correct errors in his amended complaint of November 6, 2020, the motion is GRANTED. To the extent the plaintiff seeks to "preserve vital evidence," the motion is duplicative of the plaintiff's prior motion seeking the same relief. (Doc. #9 ). For the same reasons set forth by the court in construing that motion as a motion for discovery or preservation of evidence and denying the same, the plaintiff's instant motion, again seeking preservation of evidence, is DENIED without prejudice. Signed by Magistrate Judge Herman N Johnson, Jr on 11/18/2020. (KEK)
