ORDER - On December 15, 2020, the court consolidated the above-styled actions and ordered the plaintiff to file an amended complaint in case number 3:20-cv-01580-ACA-HNJ. (Doc. 15 ). In that action, the magistrate judge previously had granted the plaintiff's application to proceed in forma pauperis. (Doc. #3 ). Accordingly, the Clerk is DIRECTED to terminate the motion to proceed in forma pauperis (doc. #2 ), pending in case number 3:20-cv-01877-ACA-HNJ, as MOOT. ORDER- Moreover, because these two cases are largely duplicative, the court ORDERS Mr. Carroll to file a single, third amended complaint asserting all of Mr. Carrolls claims against Mr. Singleton, Mr. Butler, Ms. White, and Ms. Keeton, relating to his conditions of confinement in Lauderdale County Detention Center. The third amended complaint must be labeled Third Amended Complaint and must have 3:20-cv-01580-ACA-HNJ written on the first page. The third amended complaint must not refer back to any of the complaints filed in either case thus far. The court will consider only the claims set forth in the third amended complaint.
