MEMORANDUM OPINION For the reasons discussed above, the Court finds that the ALJs decision is supported by substantial evidence, and the ALJ applied proper legal standards. The Court may not reweigh the evidence, and the Court may not substitute its judgment for that of the Commissioner. Accordingly, the Court affirms the Commissioner.
