Filing 212 MEMORANDUM OPINION - After trial, the jury returned a verdict in favor of the other defendants, finding that Ms. Helm did not suffer a constitutional violation. (Doc. 206 ). As a result, the court ordered Ms. Helm to show cause why the court should not dismiss her claim against Center Stages of Etowah County. The deadline to respond has passed without a response. The court WILL GRANT the motion and WILL ENTER SUMMARY JUDGMENT in favor of Officer Fazekas and against Ms. Helm on Count Twenty-One.
