February 19, 2019	Filing 8 TEXT ORDER: This matter is before the court on Defendants' motion to dismiss. (Doc. #4 ). In support of their motion, Defendants submitted evidence outside of the pleadings. (Doc. #7 ; Doc. 7-1). At the motion to dismiss stage, "the scope of the [court's] review must be limited to the four corners of the complaint." St. George v. Pinellas Cty., 285 F.3d 1334, 1337 (11th Cir. 2002). Therefore, the court does not consider the evidence that Defendants submitted in support of their motion to dismiss, and the court finds that Plaintiff's complaint, on its face, states a plausible claim for relief. Accordingly, the court DENIES the motion to dismiss. (Doc. #4 ). Defendants may renew their arguments at the summary judgment stage after discovery. Within 14 days of entry of this order, the parties shall confer and file a Rule 26(f) report. The court directs the Clerk to seal Doc. 7-1 because it contains Plaintiff's social security number. (See Doc. 7-1 at 1-3). On or before February 20, 2019, Defendants shall file a redacted copy of Doc. 7-1. Signed by Judge Annemarie Carney Axon on 2/19/2019. (KEK)
