ORDER - This is a habeas corpus case filed pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 2241 to challenge continued detention pending the petitioners ordered removal pursuant to the Immigration and Nationality Act. The respondents have filed a Response to the Order to Show Cause. The court deems the case ripe for summary disposition on the basis of the defenses asserted in the respondents response.
