ORDER - the Court's order #5 mailed to the plaintiff at the Cherokee County Detention Center, has been returned by the Postal Service as undeliverable and with a notation that he is no longer incarcerated there #6 . Plaintiff is ORDERED to supply the court with his correct current mailing address and inform the court as to whether he wishes to continue prosecuting this action within 21 days of the entry date of this order. The plaintiff is NOTIFIED that it is his responsibility to keep the court apprised of his mailing address and that failure to do so is grounds for dismissal for failure to prosecute. Therefore, if future mailings to the plaintiff are returned as undeliverable, the court will make no further inquiries to determine his whereabouts and will dismiss this action without further notice.
