ORDER The court entered an order on December 5, 2023, (doc. 4), and the Clerk of Court mailed a copy of the order to the plaintiff at the Marshall County Jail. (See Doc. 6 at 1). On December 22, 2023, the court received plaintiff's Notice of Change of Address indicating his transfer to the Cullman County Jail. (Doc. 5). On December 28, 2023, the Postal Service returned the December 5, 2023, Order as undeliverable. (Doc. 6). Accordingly, the undersigned DIRECTS the Clerk of Court to mail a copy of this order and a copy of the December 5, 2023, Order, (doc. 4), to the plaintiff at the Cullman County Jail. ORDER The plaintiff filed an application to proceed in forma pauperis and a certified copy of his jail or prison account statements. (Doc. 2). It is ORDERED that the application is GRANTED pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(b). Accordingly, the plaintiff is ORDERED to sign the attached Prisoner Consent Form and return it to the Clerk of Court within 30 days if he wishes to continue with this action. Returning the signed form will obligate the plaintiff to pay the full $350 filing fee regardless of the outcome of the lawsuit. If the plaintiff does not sign and return the form by this deadline, the court may dismiss this lawsuit without further notice, and the plaintiff will not be obligated to pay the $350 filing fee.
