MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER that MetLife's motion for judgment on thepleadings on plaintiffs' claims for breach of contract and conversion, and on MetLife's counterclaim for declaratory relief is GRANTED; Plaintiffs' claims for b reach of contract and conversion are DISMISSED. Further, this court holds that the transfer of the property from The Christopher C. Rush and Nell N. Rush Living Trust to Rhona Rush constituted valid grounds for acceleration of the debt, and that MetLife was entitled to require full payment of all sums due as more fully set out in order.
