November 26, 2012	Filing 14 MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER that the court hereby DISMISSES plaintiff's claims for Title VII violations, for hostile work environment, and for negligent hiring, training, supervision, and retention in their entirety; further, this court DISMISS ES plaintiff's claims under the ADA, but only to the extent that they arise from events occurring prior to 3/30/2011, Plaintiff may continue to litigate any ADA claims that arose from events occurring after 3/30/2011, and may continue to pursue her FMLA claims. Accordingly, the stay on discovery pending a ruling on defendant's motion to dismiss is LIFTED and the parties are ORDERED to conduct a discovery planning conference and to file a written report of that conference by 12/14/2012, as more fully set out in order.
