MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER that the court hereby DISMISSES plaintiff's claims for Title VII violations, for hostile work environment, and for negligent hiring, training, supervision, and retention in their entirety; further, this court DISMISS ES plaintiff's claims under the ADA, but only to the extent that they arise from events occurring prior to 3/30/2011, Plaintiff may continue to litigate any ADA claims that arose from events occurring after 3/30/2011, and may continue to pursue her FMLA claims. Accordingly, the stay on discovery pending a ruling on defendant's motion to dismiss is LIFTED and the parties are ORDERED to conduct a discovery planning conference and to file a written report of that conference by 12/14/2012, as more fully set out in order.
