MEMORANDUM OPINION - For the reasons discussed above, the Court GRANTS the Discovery defendants motion for summary judgment with respect to Dr. Lovingoods claims for defamation and false light invasion of privacy. MEMORANDUM OPINION - For the reasons stated above, the Court DENIES Discoverys motion to dismiss for failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted. (Doc. 6). The Court GRANTS BBCs motion to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction (Doc. 14) and GRANTS Kate Gartsides motion to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction (Doc. 32).
