February 14, 2018	Filing 37 MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER - For the reasons explained above, the Court grants Secretary Espers partial motion to dismiss. The Court dismisses for lack of subject matter jurisdiction count two of Mr. Hambricks third amended complaint and the portio n of count three of Mr. Hambricks third amended complaint that concerns his security clearance. Within 10 days of entry of this order, the parties shall please confer and file an amended Rule 26(f) report.
