July 28, 2017 33 Opinion or Order of the Court MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER - For the reasons outlined above, the Court GRANTS the defendants motion to dismiss as to Dr. Seifs official capacity damages claims against the individual defendants. The Court DENIES the defendants motion to dismiss as to Dr. Seifs individual capacity damages claims and official capacity claims that seek injunctive relief against Dr. Hugine, Dr. Wims, and Dr. Tarver-Ross.
