ORDER - Based on a search for the plaintiff, the undersigned magistrate judge has determined that the plaintiff is currently housed in the Morgan County Jail, having been transferred on March 16, 2021. Accordingly, the Clerk is DIRECTED to update the plaintiff's address to Morgan County Jail, 119 Lee Street, Decatur, Alabama 35601. The Clerk is further DIRECTED to resend the report and recommendation, entered March 24, 2021 (doc. #6 ), to the plaintiff at this updated address. The plaintiff is allowed an additional fourteen (14) days, from the entry date of this Order, in which to file objections in accordance with the instructions set forth in the enclosed report and recommendation.
