ORDER - Proceeding pro se, Fletcher Family Freight, LLC filed this action against Coverwallet on May 13, 2021. In Palazzo v. Gulf Oil Corp., 764 F.2d 1381 (11th Cir. 1985), the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit held that a corporation can act only through agents, cannot appear pro se, and must be represented by counsel. Therefore, if it wishes to pursue this action, Fletcher Family shall retain counsel, and counsel for the plaintiff shall appear in this case by June 19, 2021.
