Filing 4 DISMISSAL ORDER: On April 14, 2023, the Court ordered pro se plaintiff Ronald Satish Emrit to show cause why the Court should not dismiss his case for improper venue after finding that transfer to the Southern District of Florida, the proper venue for Mr. Emrit's action, would be futile.
