(Doc. 4). Although the magistrate judge advised Mr. Talley of his right to file specific written objections within 14 days, the court has not received any objections. Accordingly, the Court ADOPTS the magistrate judge's report and ACCEPTS his recommendation. The court DISMISSES this action WITHOUT PREJUDICE for Mr. Talley's failure to prosecute his claims.
