ORDER The plaintiff submitted an application to proceed in forma pauperis that was docketed as filed on November 16, 2023. (Doc. 6). The court granted the application on November 20, 2023, and directed the plaintiff to pay an initial partial filing fee of $160.92 and submit a signed Prisoner Consent Form within 30 days. (Doc. 7). The plaintiff then submitted another application to proceed in forma pauperis that was docketed as filed on November 27, 2023. (Doc. 8). The court DENIES that application as MOOT because the court already has granted the plaintiff in forma pauperis status. The plaintiff remains obligated to pay an initial partial filing fee of $160.92 and submit a signed Prisoner Consent Form within 30 days of the November 20, 2023 order.
