Doc. 3. The court finds the petitioner can afford to pay the $5 filing fee for this action, and therefore it is ORDERED that the motion to proceed in forma pauperis (Doc. 3) is DENIED. If he wishes to continue this action, the petitioner is ORDERED to forward to the Clerk of Court a check or money order in the amount of $5 made payable to "Clerk, United States District Court" within 30 days. The check or money order must include the petitioner's case number: "5:23-cv-1630-ACA-GMB." If the petitioner does not comply by this deadline, the court may dismiss this action without further notice, and the petitioner will not be obligated to pay the $5 filing fee.
