The plaintiffs request is GRANTED, and the Clerk is DIRECTED to resend the undersigned's order entered March 6, 2024 (Doc. 2) to the plaintiff. The plaintiff shall have 21 days from the entry date of this order to comply with the undersigned's March 6, 2024 order.If Morgan County Jail officials refuse to certify the plaintiffs application, the plaintiff must submit an affidavit to the court identifying the person who refused to certify the records, the date of the refusal, and describing the exact response the plaintiff received.The Clerk of Court is DIRECTED to serve a copy of the form application to proceed in forma pauperis on the plaintiff along with this order and Document 2.
