To the extent that Plaintiff asserts viable claims against Defendants, they are state law claims. The Court declines to exercise supplemental jurisdiction over these claims pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1367(c)(3). Therefore, Plaintiffs remaining claims are also DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE.
