Plaintiffs will thereafter have ten (10) days to file a reply. Also before this Court is Plaintiff's Motion to Stay. #5 This Motion is DENIED. Even if this case is remanded, the Motion to Dismiss will still need to be decided. Accordingly, briefing on the Motion to Dismiss may continue while the Court determines if remand is proper.
