ORDER The Court has for consideration Plaintiff's pro se motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis and to appoint counsel. #2 The motion is due to be granted in part and denied in part. The motion is GRANTED IN PART insofar as Plaintiff requests to proceed in forma pauperis. The motion is DENIED IN PART insofar as Plaintiff requests appointment of an attorney. Upon review of Plaintiff's complaint, this Court does not have subject matter jurisdiction over her claims. Accordingly, Plaintiff has not plead that diversity of citizenship exists and this case is dismissed without prejudice for lack of subject matter jurisdiction.
