Filing 4 ORDER Before the Court is Plaintiff Stacey Bridges's Motion to Amend Pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 15(c). ( 23 in Bridges v. Poe et al., 7:19-cv-00529- LSC.) The motion 23 is GRANTED. Bridges is directed to file her Second Amended Complaint as a separate docket entry. The Court notes that Defendant Dennis Buzbee has not yet been served. Accordingly, Bridges is directed to obtain service over Dennis Buzbee within thirty (30) days of the date of this Order. Further, Defendants J.C. Poe, Jr., Deborah Johnson, and the City of Jasper's Motion to Dismiss Bridgess first amended complaint ( 19 in Bridges v. Poe et al., 7:19-cv-00529-LSC) is DENIED AS MOOT. If Defendants wish to reassert the same grounds for dismissal in response to Bridges's Second Amended Complaint, they may do so by filing a new motion with a statement that they are incorporating by reference their prior motion.
