ORDER Counsel for the Plaintiffs in this matter and in Daniels agreed to coordinate their briefing on DCH's motions to dismiss in an effort to submit one brief in response to both motions. Accordingly, this Court entered an Order in Daniels setting out a briefing schedule as agreed to by the parties at the March 24, 2020, telephone conference. In the event that the Rhodes Plaintiffs find it necessary to submit a separate brief addressing issues unique to their case, they shall submit such a brief within twenty-one (21) days from the date of this Order, not to exceed ten (10) double-spaced pages.
