ORDER the court ordered Mr. Kingsley to show cause on or before August 25, 2023, why the court should not remand this case for lack of subject matter jurisdiction. (Doc. 4). The court specifically noted Mr. Kingsley's conclusory statement regarding the amount of damages as his sole support for satisfaction of the jurisdictional amount, and the failure to identify properly the citizenship of the parties. (Id. at 23). Mr. Kingsley did not file a response. Accordingly, the court REMANDS this case for lack of subject matter jurisdiction.
