ORDER The petitioner filed a pro se petition for a writ of habeas corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 2254, accompanied by an application to proceed in forma pauperis ("IFP"). (Doc. 2). As ordered, the petitioner has filed a new IFP motion. (Doc. 4; see Doc. 3). The new IFP motion reveals that the petitioner is indigent, and the request for IFP status is GRANTED.
