ORDER - Before the Court is a Stipulated Motion to Consolidate four class actions pending before this Court (Doc. 13 in 7:24-cv-01034-LSC). Because these actions "involve a common question of law or fact," Fed. R. Civ. P. 42(a), the motion is hereby GRANTED IN PART. Accordingly, the Clerk is DIRECTED to consolidate the above-styled actions with 7:24-cv-01028-LSC. The parties shall file documents in the lead case, 7:24-cv-01028-LSC. This Court will not consider documents filed in 7:24-cv-01034-LSC, 7:24-cv-01085, or 7:24-cv-01181-LSC. Every document filed in this consolidated matter must include the case number of all cases. As this consolidated matter is a class action, any attorney seeking appointment as interim class counsel under Fed. R. Civ. P. 23(g)(3) must do so by September 13, 2024.
