ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE: The court ORDERS Respondents Jordan Powell, Daniel Finn, Jr., Brian Acuna, David Venturella, Markwayne Mullin, and Todd Blanche to appear and show cause in writing, on or before August 1, 2026, why the court should not grant the petition. The court DIRECTS the Clerk to serve on Respondents and the United States Attorney for the Northern District of Alabama (1) a copy of this order, and (2) a copy of the petition for a writ of habeas corpus (doc. #1 ).
