FURT HER ORDERED GRANTING a Certificate of Appealability as to thefollowing issues: Whether Claim 1 of the Amended Petition alleging that Petitioner's rights were violated by the use of dual juries is without merit. Whether Claim 4 of the Amended Pet ition alleging that Petitioner's rights were violated by the use of a leg brace at his trial is without merit. FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk of Court forward a courtesy copy of this Order to the Clerk of the Arizona Supreme Court, 1501 W. Washington, Phoenix, AZ 85007-3329.
