Filing 4 ORDER - IT IS ORDERED:(1) That Plaintiff's Motion For Injunctive Relief (Doc. #1) is denied; (2) Within 30 days of the date this Order is filed, Plaintiff must either pay the remaining $345.00 balance of the filing fee or file a completed A pplication to Proceed In Forma Pauperis and a certified six-month trust account statement. (3) Plaintiff shall have 30 days from the date this Order is filed to amend his Complaint in compliance with the Court's Order; (4) If Plaintiff fails to either pay the $345.00 balance of the filing fee or file a completed Application to Proceed In Forma Pauperis AND fails to file a Complaint on a court-approved form within 30 days, the Clerk of Court must enter a judgment of dismissal of this ac tion without prejudice and without further notice to Plaintiff. Special Prisoner Deadline due by 4/5/2007. The Clerk of the Court must mail Plaintiff a court-approved form for filing an Application to Proceed In Forma Pauperis (Non-Habeas) and for filing a civil rightsComplaint pursuant to 42 USC §1983.
