ORDER - IT IS ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall retitle the 16 "Bill of Costs" as a motion for atty's fees; the Clerk of the Court shall retitle the 19 "Bill of Costs" as a response to the motion for atty's f ees. FURTHER ORDERED that Wells Fargo is ordered to file a reply to the response by 12/19/08. FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall send a copy of this Order to the Hon. George B. Nielsen. FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall retitle the 17 "Bill of Costs" as a notice of filing a copy of the bill of costs pending with the Bankruptcy Clerk of Court, and the District Court Clerk of the Court shall not undertake to assess costs associated with this appeal.
