Gagan files an amended Notice of Removal within 15 days of the date hereof; if dft Gagan does not timely file such notice, the court will GRANT dft Ross Miljenovich's motion to remand for lack of subject matter jurisdiction; and dft James L. Gagan has 15 days from the date of entry of this order in which to file an amended Notice of Removal. Failure to comply with this order shall result in the remand of Monroe v.
