FURTHER ORDERED that Dfts are permanently restrained and enjoined from: a) Selling, offering for sale distributing, adv ertising, or promoting any goods or services that display and words or symbols that so resembles the KOI Marks as likely to cause confusion, mistake or deception... FURTHER ORDERED denying the imposition of a telephone intercept. FURTHER ORDERED that Dfts entirely cease the use of the domain name . FURTHER ORDERED denying Pla's request to force a transfer of the allegedly infringing domain name. FURTHER ORDERED directing Pla to file a status with regards to Lena Ko within 10 business days of this Order, otherwise the Court will dismiss the Complaint against her.
