FURTHER ORDERED that Plas' 150 Motion for Partial Summary Jgm is denied. FURTHER ORDERED that Taser's 148 Motion to Exclude Plas' Expert Stanley Buchanan and 149 Motion to Exclude Plas' Expert William Anderson, and Plas' 152 Motion to Exclude Defense Expert Jeffrey Ho are moot and therefore denied. City Dfts' 156 Motion to Exclude Plas' Expert Ernest Burwell, which Taser has joined (Doc. 157 ), is granted to exclude Burwell's opinion that the City did not provide adequate training. The rest of the motion is denied as moot. FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk enter jgm in favor of Dfts and that Plas take nothing. The Clerk shall terminate this action.
