FURTHER ORDERED that the court proceedings are stayed in respect to the claims asserted against Defendants George and Shannon Slessman and William and Sarah Slessman pending the completion of the arbitration between Plaintiff and Defendant Peter Lendrum.Tthat Plaintiff and Defendant Peter Lendrum shall file quarterly reports with the Court informing the Court of the status of the arbitration proceedings.
