ORDER that Defendants' 46 Motion for Summary Judgment is denied. It is further ordered that Defendants shall file a memorandum by 04/15/11, regarding whether summary judgment is appropriate under the McDonnell Douglas burden-shifting analysis, and whether there are any material facts genuinely in dispute. Plaintiff shall file a response to Defendants' memorandum by 05/06/11. The parties shall support their memoranda with citations to particular parts of materials in the record, as required by Rule 56 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
