Filing 99 ORDER - IT IS ORDERED Defendant's motion to dismiss at docket 77 is GRANTED such that plaintiffs' RICO claim is dismissed with prejudice, and DENIED to the extent it requires the court to exercise jurisdiction over plaintiffs' state law claims as to which the court is not convinced it has subject matter jurisdiction. Plaintiffs' motion at docket 90 for leave to file a third amended complaint is DENIED. Plaintiff's motion at docket 95 to "supplement evidence&qu ot; is DENIED. Plaintiffs shall have 14 days from the date of this order to file a third amended complaint setting forth their state law claims in a manner consistent with this order.
