IT IS FURTHER ORDERED denying as moot 16 Motion to Dismiss Plaintiff's Complaint and denying as moot 16 Motion to Change Venue; denying 21 Defendant's Motion to Dismiss Case; and granting 29 Plaintiff's Motion to Strike, 28 Sur-reply and Objection. Plaintiff's Application for a Preliminary Injunction (Dkt. #6) is granted. See PDF document for details. Plaintiff shall post a $10, 000 bond as security for this preliminary injunction. The $5,000 bond required as security on the temporary restraining order is hereby exonerated. Directing Plaintiff to serve notification of this Order upon all Defendants. Dfts Ives Design and Amelia Ives are enjoined for a peri od of 10 days from 5 p.m. on 5/29/09 from operating the following websites www.namedrop.com, and www. name-drops.com or otherwise making use of the term "namedrop" in conjunction therewith. Pla is required to post a $5,000 bond as secu rity for this temporary restraining order....Dfts shall have up to and including 5 p.m. on 6/3/09 to file (1) a notice of appearance and (2) a response to pla's application for preliminary injunction. Pla shall have up to and including 11 a.m. o n 6/5/09 to file a reply. Preliminary Injunction Hearing set for 6/5/2009 03:00 PM before Judge G Murray Snow.
