ORDER AND PRELIMINARY INJUNCTION the telephonic hearing set for 6/18/09 is VACATED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED denying as moot 16 Motion to Dismiss Plaintiff's Complaint and denying as moot 16 Motion to Change Venue; denying 21 Defendant's Motion to Dismiss Case; and granting 29 Plaintiff's Motion to Strike, 28 Sur-reply and Objection. Plaintiff's Application for a Preliminary Injunction (Dkt. #6) is granted. See PDF document for details. Plaintiff shall post a $10, 000 bond as security for this preliminary injunction. The $5,000 bond required as security on the temporary restraining order is hereby exonerated. Directing Plaintiff to serve notification of this Order upon all Defendants.
