ORDER (Service Packet), Count II and III and dfts Maricopa County Sheriff's Office, Joseph M Arpaio and Maricopa County Board of Supervisors are dismissed without prejudice. Defendant Detention Officer #B0086 must answer Count I of the Amended C omplaint. The Clerk of Court must send Plaintiff a service packet including the Amended Complaint (Doc. #6), this Order, and both summons and request for waiver forms for Defendant Detention Officer #B0086. Plaintiff must complete and return the se rvice packet to the Clerk of Court within 20 days of the date of filing of this Order. This matter is referred to Magistrate Judge David K.
