Browning may give expert opinion testimony at trial about the activities and organization of the Aryan Brotherhood and the risks to Timothy Lucero associated with the Ary an Brotherhood in relation to the claims against defendants Gamblin, Carlson, Stewart, Ross, and Johnson, but he may not offer opinion testimony about corrections practices and procedures themselves. Donna Leone Hamm shall not be permitted to give e xpert opinion testimony at trial. Within fourteen (14) days from the date of this order, Plaintiffs shall provide Defendants with a supplemental disclosure concerning Mattson W. It is denied with respect to plaintiffs ' § 1983 claims for loss of companionship. It is denied with respect to plaintiffs' gross negligence claims against the State of Arizona. Given the rulings in this order and the court's earlier decisions, the claims remaining fo r resolution in this case are plaintiffs' § 1983 claims against Gamblin and Stewart, which include those premised on violations of the Eighth and Fourteenth Amendments, and plaintiffs' gross negligence and wrongful death claims against the State of Arizona.
